It meticulously breaks down what you need to eat, when you need to eat it, how you need to eat it and more. 

 

It literally leaves no stone unturned.

 

For anyone who finds that this part of dieting the most difficult this will be worth the purchase price alone.

 

Not only does this manual cover all of that and more but it delivers it in a simple and practical way. Bravo!

Some of you might have disagreed with the nutritional aspect of dieting being the hardest part of losing weight and you would have an argument if you thought staying motivated stands alone in greatest difficulty to overcome.

But, what I am sure we all can agree on, is that it makes sense to dedicate a section on mindset and motivation.

 

The first part of the book might for some fall a bit short when it comes to giving you the "I can take over the world" feeling but it will however reaffirm the principles that you will have to learn in order to be successful in any diet.
